Baked potato basket chaat/
Katori chaat



All you need

Ingredients for potato baskets



Potatoes 4 medium sized
Pepper pdr 1tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Muffin tray
Pam spray oil

Ingredients for Chaat



Boiled chickpeas/chana 1/2 cup
Red chili pdr as per taste
Green chutney 2 tsp
Tamarind chutney 2tsp
Curd 2 tsp
Chopped onion 1 medium
Chopped tomato 1 medium
Chopped bell pepper (red & green,optional)
Chopped coriander
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Anardana pdr(optional) 1tsp
Bujiya sev 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Recipe

1.Preheat the oven at 350*F.
2..Peel off the potatoes & keep them in the ice cold water to prevent them from being getting dark.


3.Grate these potatoes,add salt & pepper.




4.Set these grated potatoes in the greased muffin tray,just make a little hole in the center.


5.This tray will go in the preheated oven at 350 *F for 30-35 Min's,or till you see a nice brown crust on top.
6.Potato baskets are ready,take them out on the serving plate & let them cool out,before you put chaat in them.



7.For making chaat just put some chickpeas on each basket,than add chopped veggies,top them with chutneys,& finally garnish with coriander leaves & sev on top.


Yummy potato basket chaat is ready to be served,you can make potato baskets in advance & just store them in airtight containers,& can fill them & serve them whenever you want.
