Poha Recipe

Poha recipe:Quick & Easy Snack Recipe


All you need

Ingredients

Thick poha 2 cups
Fennel seeds/Sauf 1tsp
Chopped onion 1 medium sized
Chopped potatoes 1 medium
Green peas 1/2 cup
Chopped chillies 2-3
Chopped coriander for garnishing
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Turmeric pdr 1 tsp
Red chili pdr 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1tbsp

Recipe

1.Wash & soak the poha for 1/2 hr,Drain out the water & keep them aside.
2.In a kadai/pan heat 1tbsp oil,to this add the tadka/tempering  of fennel seeds & chopped chilies.


3.Add chopped onions fry for few Min's 2-3,now add chopped potatoes & green peas,cook until they are tender.


4.Now add the turmeric pdr,red chili pdr,salt to taste.
5.To this add the soaked poha,squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon,garnish with chopped coriander leaves,Mix everything well,just cover it for few Min's 3-4 Min's,serve hot.



Yummy poha are ready to serve,serve them with chopped onions & sev on top.
