Sweet Corn Cutlets

Sweet corn Cutlets


All you need

Ingredients



Grated Sweet Corn 1 cup
Potatoes (Boiled & mashed ) 2-3 medium sized
Shredded Ginger 1tsp
Chopped Green Chili 2
Chopped Coriander
Cumin pdr 1/2 tsp
Dry mango pdr 1/2 tsp
Red chili pdr 1tsp
Pepper pdr 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour 4tsp
Salt to taste
Bread Crumbs 1 cup

Recipe

1.In a bowl mix everything Grated sweet corn,grated potatoes,shredded ginger,chopped green chillies,chopped coriander,salt,cumin & amchoor/dry mango pdr.(adjust the seasoning acc to your taste)


2.roll the mixture into oval shapes,for cutlets.


3.In another bowl mix all purpose flour,salt & pepper & water to make a fine paste,make sure there are no lumps left.



4.Now first roll the cutlets into all purpose flour batter,than directly place them over bread crumbs,so that bread crumbs get stuck to it.


5.Now cutlets are all ready to be deep fried.
6.Heat the oil in kadai.


7.Deep fry the cutlets till they are nice dark brown in colour.
8.Take them out in the paper towel,to remove any excess oil.



Delicious sweet corn cutlets are ready,serve hot with green chutney.
