Coconut-Coriander chutney
All u need
Ingredients
Grated cocconut 1 cup
chopped coriander 1 cup
chopped ginger 2 tsp
cumin seeds1 tsp
Chopped green chilies 1-2(optional avoid if u like mild)
mustard seeds 1 tsp
red chili whole 1-2
curry leaves 4-5 (for tadka/tempuring)
tamarind juice 2 tsp
Roasted chana dal 2 tsp
Broken cashews(2tsp)
hing just a pinch
Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
salt to taste
oil 2tsp
Recipe
1.In a blender add grated coconut,chopped ginger,chopped green chilies,chopped coriander,roasted chana dal,broken cashews,yogurt,tamarind juice,salt.blend it to a fine paste.
3.Pour it in the serving bowl.4.Now we`ll make the tadka,for that heat some oil in the pan,add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves,red chili whole,saute for a min,than por this tadka on top of your chutney.
