Methi Matar Malai Mushroom Recipe

A dish with four M's,it does sound complicated,but actually its pretty easy & delicious Indian mushroom curry.here's what you're gonna need,

All You Need

Ingredients



Chopped Mushrooms 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1 big/two medium
Green peas 1/2 cup
Kastoori methi 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp
Red chili pdr 1/2 tsp
Coriander pdr 1tsp
Ginger-garlic paste 1tsp
Salt to taste

Recipe

1.Heat 1tsp oil in wok/kadai add cumin seeds.


2.When Cumin seeds starts spluttering add chopped tomatoes,cook till they are tender.


3.Add all dry spices.


4.Now add chopped mushrooms & green peas.


5.Add warm water as desired,you can also replace water with heavy cream,to give richness to your gravy.


6.once the gravy starts to boil add kastoori methi(just crush it between your palms a bit & than add it in the gravy).
7.Cook till the mushrooms & peas become tender,it won`t take long.



Delicious mushroom curry is ready to be served,garnish it with chopped cilantro,serve hot with chapati/bread or just plain rice.Enjoy!!.
