Egg Biryani

Egg Biryani Recipe


All You Need

Ingredients



Par boiled rice 1 1/2 cup
Boiled eggs 6-8/1 per person
Chopped onion 1 medium
Chopped tomatoes 2 medium
Ginger-garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala pdr 1tsp
Biryai masala 2tsp
Red chili pdr 1/2tsp
turmeric pdr 12 tsp
coriander pdr 1/2 tsp
Saffron threads 8-10(soaked in water)

chopped coriander leaves
chopped mint leaves
Ghee/clarified butter 2tsp
Whole garam masala/whole spices
salt to taste

Recipe

1.In a wok/kadai add 2tsp oil add whole garam spices to hot oil,to this add chopped onions.

2.Once the onions are properly browned/cooked add all dry spice pdr,add very little water just to make sure that you're spices do not get burnt,after 1-2 Min's now add chopped tomatoes,chopped cilantro & mint leaves.

3.After properly cooking the tomatoes now add boiled eggs,mix lightly.


4.Now add the layer of rice,top it with saffron water,fried onion,chopped cilantro & mint leaves.
5.Now cover that with a foil & than cover it with lid,place this wok/kadai on top of a pan,now place this pan over a low-medium flame,& let this cook for at least 20 Min's,or until you`ll see the steam escaping from it.

Egg biryani is ready,serve it with curd/raita/mint chutney.Enjoy.
